  • What is Rebound Fitness?
    Rebound Fitness involves exercises performed using rebound boots, which absorb much of the impact associated with traditional workouts like running or jumping. This makes it an ideal exercise for those with joint issues or those recovering from injuries. The dynamic bouncing action intensifies the workout, helping you burn more calories and engage multiple muscle groups at once.
  • Who can participate in Rebound Fitness classes?
    Our classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, our classes offer a fun and effective way to get fit. However, participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part. If you have any health concerns, please consult with your doctor before joining.

Currently, we offer a selection of classes, including high-intensity cardio and strength-focused sessions, all designed to maximise your workout with rebound boots.   • What should I wear to a Rebound Fitness class?
    We recommend wearing moisture-wicking, workout clothing that allows for freedom of movement. A supportive sports bra is essential for women. Calf-high socks are recommended to provide comfort and prevent chafing when using the rebound boots.
  • Is equipment provided, or do I need to bring my own?
    All necessary equipment, including rebound boots, is provided by BounceStep Fit. You only need to bring personal items like a water bottle, a towel, and your workout attire. If you prefer to bring your own rebound boots, please inform us when booking.
  • What are the current prices, and is membership available?
    At the moment, we offer a flexible pay-per-class option to suit your needs. We are actively working on introducing membership plans, including monthly subscriptions and class packages, to provide even more value and flexibility.   • How do I book a class?
    You can easily book a class through our online booking system available on our website. Simply select your preferred class, choose a time, and complete the payment process.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Please note that late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or credit towards a future class. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable. Refunds for memberships or class packages are generally not offered except in cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or other exceptional circumstances.
  • What are the fitness level requirements for Rebound Fitness?
    Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Modifications can be provided for different fitness levels, but participants should inform the instructor if they are beginners or have any specific fitness concerns. We recommend that participants consult with their doctor before starting if they have any health concerns.
  • Are there any health guidelines I should follow?
    Participants should bring their own water bottles and wear appropriate workout attire. Please inform the instructor of any existing medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of the class.
  • What qualifications do the instructors have?
    All BounceStep Fit instructors are certified fitness professionals with specialised training in Rebound Fitness. They are knowledgeable in proper techniques and safety procedures to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Additionally, our instructors are first aid trained, so you can feel confident that any medical emergencies will be handled promptly and effectively.
  • What are the studio rules and guidelines?
    We ask all participants to arrive on time, respect fellow participants, and follow the instructor's guidance during the class. Mobile phone use is discouraged during the workout to ensure everyone can focus and enjoy the session.
  • What happens if I arrive late to a class?
    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class to avoid disruption. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the workout.
  • What is the code of conduct for participants?
    We expect all participants to treat each other, the instructors, and the studio with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class or termination of membership.
